Rod and I took a little road trip in late July.
Little. Ha.
We rode his 2013 Honda Goldwing motorcycle from Denver, CO to San Diego, up the California coast, into Oregon then east to home. That's 4,100 miles for those of you keeping track.
How long did this grand adventure take? Fifteen days. And we loved every minute of it.
Ok, not the part where it rained, the wind was blowing and even a cop stopped to make sure we were ok on the side of the road during this storm. That wasn't fun. Nor were the few incredibly hot days we had.
Overall, it was mild weather and fantastic.
